With over two decades worth of commercial real estate experience, Owen Yates has established himself as one of Metro Vancouver’s premier Land and Investment brokers.

Owen has built his career by uncovering new opportunities and helping his clients to realize the highest possible value from their commercial properties. He provides clients with the in-depth market knowledge and concise property analysis essential to making well informed, strategically sound real estate decisions. His relentless dedication to his clients' success - along with his devotion to unparalleled client service - has helped Owen sell over $500 million dollars worth of real estate. 

Further to his strong work ethic and passion for helping his clients, Owen has volunteered his time and effort to help create new opportunities for commercial brokers in British Columbia. A past Chair of the B.C. Commercial Council and a past board member of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board - Commercial Division, Owen truly wants to help all in the industry succeed and realize their goals. Owen started his commercial brokerage career working with some of the high powered brokers at Colliers International. After eight years he then moved on to join Frontline Real Estate Services where he quickly became a Partner and the Managing Broker. He is now the sole Owner and Managing Broker of Hycroft Realty Ltd. 

Owen lives with his wife and three young children in beautiful North Vancouver, where he coaches his kids football teams and attempts to sneak out for a round of golf whenever he can.
